The firehouse facility has a kitchen with a sink, gas stove, refrigerator and microwave.  It also includes an ice machine as well as tables and chairs.  The facility seats up to 120 people.

The daily rental fee is $200 plus $100 cleaning fee.

The fee must be paid in advance to hold a date and is 100% refundable up to 14 days prior to reservation.
